Spring Fling Weekend
Join us March 3-4, 2012 for our Spring Fling Weekend! This one-night camping weekend is open to campers grades 2-12. Cost is only $50 per camper, OR $60 per camper for transportation to and from Atlanta. Space is limited, so be sure to get your registration in early to save your spot! Download the registration form and return by February 20th. We also have two exciting offers for Spring Fling Campers:
- Buddy Deal
- Returning campers who bring a new camper to Spring Fling will earn a $10 Trading Post credit for themselves and a $10 credit for their new friends.
- This credit can be redeemed during summer 2012.
- Returning campers may bring as many new buddies as they like; however, each new camper can only mark one returning camper on their registration form to receive a Trading Post credit.
- The maximum Trading Post credit per camper is $10.
- Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Buddies must be noted on the registration form to receive Trading Post credit.
- Spring Fling T-shirts
- One-time only Spring Fling T-shirts will be available through pre-orders on the registration form.
- T-shirts will be $10.
- Orders must be received by February 20, 2012.
Spring Family Weekend
Camp Toccoa will be hosting a Spring Family Weekend, March 10th and 11th. Family weekend is a great way for first time campers to gain a camp experience without leaving their family behind! Cost is $30 per person for overnight; day rates and club member discounts are also available. To sign up download the Registration Form.
Camp Toccoa's 85th Reunion
Save the date for Camp Toccoa's 85th Reunion, October 13-14, 2012. Swap stories with friends old and new, revisit your favorite spots and experience the Camp Toccoa magic. Activities will be held all weekend, so mark your calendar!
Work Weekends
Work Weekends at Camp Toccoa are an opportunity for alumni, staff and friends of camp to come together and show their dedication to the Camp Fire motto of "Give Service." Held monthly September through May, these weekends are a fun and exciting volunteer opportunity for campers of all ages! Projects vary each month, for more information please see our Informational Sheet.

Totem Pole Newsletter
Check out the latest edition of the Totem Pole, Camp Fire USA Georgia Council's quarterly newsletter containing council and Camp Toccoa news, photos, upcoming events and more! The Summer Edition comes entirely from our summer campers! Through a newspaper activity called 'Totem Pole,' our summer day and resident campers produced a weekly newspaper, and the content in our Summer 2011 newsletter was compiled from this summer publication! Feel free to contribute to upcoming Totem Pole's by emailing info@camptoccoa.org with your ideas, photos, or even letters to Clyde!
One Person's Trash is Another's Treasure
Several companies have agreed to donate money to camp in exchange for empty packaging from their products, so save your old wrappers and containers for us. To unload your loot, contact Jeannie Mobley or bring it to camp. See our wanted poster for a list of participating brands and Jeannie's contact information.
